Recruiter for Crypto/Blockchain Project

Position Overview:

 

We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter with a proven track record in closing vacancies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to identify top talents and suitable candidates, and a thorough understanding of hiring processes. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in forming teams for further growth of the company.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Searching for and selecting suitable candidates using various resources.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from the initial interview to onboarding the specialist onto the project.
  • Developing and implementing candidate search strategies.
  • Conducting initial CV assessments and online interviews, including those in English.
  • Utilizing job sites, social networks, and specialized forums.
  • Engaging in headhunting activities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and keeping in touch with potential candidates.
  • Maintaining and systematically updating the internal candidate database.
  • Preparing test tasks for candidates.
  • Preparing onboarding documents for candidates.
  • Reporting on the selection process.
  • 80% recruiting, 20% supporting to CEO

 

Key skills and qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years of proven recruitment experience in the crypto/blockchain/fintech industry;
  • Experience in closing positions of various levels of complexity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Headhunting experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing diverse sources for finding specialists.
  • Knowledge of English at the level of Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Having an existing candidate database is an advantage.
