Your Mission as a Manager of Influencer and Affiliate Partnerships

To play a key role in growing our Amazon business by building powerful connections with affiliates and influencers.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about digital marketing, confident in negotiation, and motivated by seeing their efforts turn into real revenue.

What We Expect from You

• 1+ year in marketing, digital marketing
• Experience in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing
• Basic knowledge of Amazon ecosystem
• Understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and funnel's steps
• Negotiation and communication with partners (English level: Intermediate or higher)
• General understanding of digital marketing principles and traffic generation
• Experience with outreach and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Impact, Levanta)
• Proactivity and initiative
• Creativity and idea generation
• Attention to detail
• Responsibility and ability to work independently

• Interest and motivation to grow in Amazon marketing and e-commerce

   

Your Responsibilities

• Scale external traffic channels to drive Amazon sales growth
• Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate and influencer partners
• Build and manage long-term relationships with affiliates and influencers
• Launch and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
• Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and report on campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to support campaign execution
• Research trends and new opportunities in affiliate and influencer marketing
• Ensure all campaigns align with Amazon marketplace strategy and brand guidelines
• Source and collaborate with UGC creators to grow the brand’s content library with relevant, high-quality assets
