As our Strategic Capital Commander, you’ll shape the financial engine that powers our speed, resilience, and competitive advantage.

Your mission is to design bold, unconventional financial strategies that allow us to move 10x faster than incumbents.
You will determine how capital is allocated, how risk is leveraged, and how we position ourselves for long-term dominance - including the roadmap toward a future US IPO.

• Create innovative financial strategies that enable rapid and sustainable growth
• Build capital allocation frameworks designed for market disruption, not corporate safety
• Model long-term financial scenarios, including a 6–10 year path toward a US IPO
• Identify and secure diverse funding sources to maintain operational flexibility
• Implement transparent financial systems without bureaucracy or slowdown
• Lead with full autonomy while ensuring alignment with aggressive growth goals
• Foster a culture of bold decision-making and disciplined financial execution

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with fintech, payments, or high-risk/high-growth industries
• Exposure to IPO preparation or public market strategy
• Background in alternative financing, venture debt, or nontraditional funding channels
• Prior ownership of financial strategy in a founder-like capacity
