Requirements:

— 2+ years CRM experience in iGaming 
— Strong knowledge of player lifecycle and behavioral marketing
— Experience launching CRM campaigns in regulated markets
— Hands-on with CRM tools and A/B testing

Responsibilities:

— Build CRM strategy from scratch for Tier-1 market (Canada)
— Set up player lifecycle campaigns (retention, reactivation, VIP)
— Manage tools (Braze / Optimove / custom CRM)
— Segment audience by behavior, LTV, risk, language
— Work closely with support, product and legal teams
— Monitor performance: open rate, CTR, ROI, churn rate
