Your Role:
- Create short-form video content (UGC, ads, animations) for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms using tools like CapCut, After Effects and AI.
- Design static visuals for social media channels.
- Participate in the creation, adaptation, and editing of UGC-style content for paid and organic campaigns.
- Brainstorm fresh creative concepts with the marketing team.
- Stay on top of social media, content, and AI trends — and apply them to content production.
- Analyze performance of creatives and make data-informed improvements.
- Maintain visual consistency while testing new approaches and formats.
About You:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Skilled in mobile-first video editing using CapCut and similar video editors (VN, InShot, etc.).
- Strong interest and hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation (e.g. Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, etc.).
- Solid grasp of basic composition, rhythm, and storytelling.
- Awareness of how content performs on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- A creative thinker — you're not afraid to test bold, unconventional ideas.
