Unity Developer with Technical PM Responsibilities

About the Project

We’re working on a mobile game that’s already live and actively evolving. The project has a dedicated user base, regular updates, and a growing content pipeline. We’re looking for a Unity Developer who can take on both technical tasks and organizational leadership — someone who’s not only hands-on with code but can also align the team, foresee development challenges, and contribute to smooth delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop game features using Unity (C#)
• Coordinate a cross-functional team throughout development cycles
• Assist with planning and sprint management
• Maintain and write technical documentation
• Support delivery and release processes
• Prioritize and track tasks, monitor progress and deadlines
• Communicate clearly and consistently across team and stakeholders
   

Requirements:

• Solid experience with Unity development
• Experience working in a cross-functional team
• Strong leadership skills: ability to organize the team, resolve disputes, and make reliable decisions
• Strong planning skills: ability to foresee project development steps and risks
• Punctuality and consistency in commercial communications
• Ability to write and maintain technical documentation
• Experience working with Firebase and backend integrations
• Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure their smooth implementation
   

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Technical PM
• Understanding of game business processes and delivery lifecycle

• Experience in team scaling and mentoring
