What you’ll do
- Own outbound pipeline generation – design, launch and optimise multi-touch LinkedIn Sales Navigator sequences that book qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
- Drive event & trade-show outreach – leverage event apps (ExpoFP, Brella, Swapcard, etc.) to pre-book calendars and run on-site follow-ups.
- Measure & iterate relentlessly – hit and exceed weekly KPIs for connection rates, reply rates, meetings-set and meetings-held; report insights to the Growth squad during sprint reviews.
- Research & segment high-intent ICP lists (CMOs, Heads of Demand Gen, Growth Leads) across B2B SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, Cyber Security and other verticals we serve.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and RevOps to refine messaging, translate campaign feedback into product ideas, and keep our CRM squeaky-clean.
- Represent Snoika at EU & US trade shows or niche founder events (optional, ~3–6 trips/year).
What we’re looking for
- Must haves:
- 1-3 + years success in an SDR/BDR role for a B2B SaaS company or marketing agency.
- Documented track record beating outbound KPIs (≥ 30 meetings/month, ≥ 35 % reply rate or similar).
- Power user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator & outreach tools (Apollo, HubSpot Sequences, Outreach.io, or similar).
- Fluent written & spoken English; persuasive copy skills.
- Comfortable prospecting C-level execs and revamping playbooks from scratch.
- Nice-to-haves:
- Experience selling SEO/AI marketing, martech or lead-gen services.
- Past work in a high-growth startup with an Agile/Scrum cadence.
- Familiarity with event tech stacks (Hubilo, Grip, Bizzabo).
- Additional EU language (DE, FR, ES, Nordics).
- Knowledge of AI-search trends and social selling best practices.
