Lead Generation Specialist Wanted

About a project: 
A fast-growing IT outstaffing company โ€” is looking for a serious and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist.

 

We support startups and SMBs in the US, Europe, and Saudi Arabia by providing top developers and designers. We need a professional who can generate high-quality B2B leads consistently, within our budget.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Research and qualify potential clients (SaaS, marketplaces, telecom, EdTech, etc.).
  • Conduct personalized cold outreach on LinkedIn and email.
  • Manage incoming leads and deliver warm prospects to sales.
  • Analyze and improve lead gen channels and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and CRM updates.

 

We require:

  • At least 2 years of proven B2B lead generation experience, preferably in IT or tech services.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRM (Pipedrive, Hubspot or similar).
  • English at conversational level (Intermediate+).
  • Highly responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of data and work systematically.
  • Motivation to grow with the company and contribute to results.
