Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper (preferably with IT or service companies)
• Proven experience in finance (1+ years)
• Strong communication skills

• Ukrainian speaker 

 

Responsibilities:
• Track income and expenses across multiple projects
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports
• Ensure tax compliance (corporate, VAT, or other relevant)
• Handle payroll, invoices, and contractor payments
• Advise on cost optimization and financial planning

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with FinMap 

• A desire to learn and grow professionally
• Experience in accounting for EU & US companies
• Residency in Ukraine 🇺🇦
