Head of Media Buying (Gambling/iGaming)

We’re now looking for a strong Head of Media Buying (Gambling/iGaming) — someone who not only knows how to drive traffic but also how to build processes, lead a team, and deliver results. We already have a team of media buyers, proven traffic sources, and readiness for scaling — now we need someone to take the lead.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3–5 media buyers (with potential to grow): from hiring and onboarding to daily motivation and performance reviews.
  • Build and optimize the team’s workflow: processes, KPIs, quality control, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee the launch and scaling of ad campaigns (mainly Facebook Ads, but we’re open to new channels).
  • Analyze and optimize funnel performance to increase ROI.
  • Manage communication with affiliate managers, account providers, trackers, anti-detect tools, and other key partners.
  • Take full ownership of results: budget, profit, and team efficiency.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Head of Media Buying in the Gambling/iGaming vertical.
  • Proven successful cases and readiness to present them.
  • Deep understanding of the media buying funnel and processes from A to Z.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads. Knowledge of other channels (Google, TikTok, push, native, etc.) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of GEOs: CIS, Tier-1, LATAM, Asia, Europe, with a focus on Russian-speaking audiences.
  • Process- and team-building skills: hiring, onboarding, metrics, and scripting.
  • Experience working with trackers, spy tools, proxies, and anti-detects.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership.
