About the role:

GenAI Works is home to one of the world’s largest AI communities – 12M+ followers strong and growing. We're on a mission to turn content into culture, and we’re looking for a junior designer to help bring that mission to life.

This is a high-growth, high-learning role where you'll produce content seen by millions, gain mentorship from top designers, and get hands-on experience shaping the visual identity of an industry-defining company.

Responsibilities:

• Create social media assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more
• Work alongside senior designers and content leads to apply the GenAI brand system across platforms
• Help design carousels, thumbnails, templates, and motion that drive real reach
• Support cross-functional teams (marketing, education, product) with visual needs

• Receive clear creative direction and mentorship — and room to grow fast

   

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio (can be student work) that shows an eye for layout, type, and brand
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability and desire to utilize fast-moving AI tools in a creative environment
• Curiosity about AI, tech, and digital storytelling
• A bias for learning, improving, and delivering work that matters
• You care about attention to detail, from alignment to kerning to brand colours. 

• Intermediate After Effects and other motion and video editing tools.
