Alchemy Bio is virtual scientist orchestration platform. We abstract science the way AWS abstracts compute.

We allow scientists to run biology workflows, protein docking simulations, vaccine development cycles, target identification, and many more biopharma processes all from one platform. What used to be done by teams of specialized scientists can now be done with one person.

We're looking for an engineer to work with LLMs and biology. You will build systems to handle thousands of concurrent long-running processes, distributed services, agent orchestration and monitoring, and computational workflows. The work will be difficult, but meaningful.

We are looking for someone who cares deeply about their work. Someone who takes their craft seriously and cares about the quality of their code. You should be pushing standards, not accepting them.
