Head of usergen (leadgen - digital marketing Dt.) to $5000
Job Description: Team Leader of Leads Generation (ppc digital Dt.) will be fully responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and scaling the lead generation engine of iSpeedToLead. This role is critical to the companyβs growth and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of hands-on expertise in digital marketing, lead acquisition, performance marketing, funnel optimization, traffic management, and team leadership. You will build and lead a high-performance lead generation team that delivers consistent, high-quality leads while controlling costs and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire lead generation strategy and execution across multiple acquisition channels (Paid Ads, PPC, SEO, Social, Affiliates, Partnerships, Email, etc.).
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize lead funnels for maximum conversion and cost efficiency.
- Oversee and manage internal lead gen teams, external agencies, and vendor partners.
- Analyze and optimize ad spend, cost per acquisition (CPA), lead quality, and lead conversion metrics.
- Build and scale outbound marketing strategies in collaboration with the outbound sales and SDR teams.
- Collaborate with the Product, AI, and Data teams to leverage AI tools for lead scoring, filtering, and qualification.
- Develop A/B testing frameworks, conversion optimization experiments, and creative testing processes.
- Report on lead generation performance to C-level management; provide clear forecasting, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay ahead of market trends, new traffic sources, and emerging digital acquisition tactics.
- Recruit, coach, and develop top-performing lead generation specialists.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or digital customer acquisition, preferably in SaaS, marketplaces, or PropTech.
- Proven success in managing large paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others).
- Experience managing multiple channels and building full-funnel lead generation systems.
- Strong knowledge of attribution models, analytics, tracking, data management, and CRM integrations.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered ad optimization tools or willingness to actively implement AI in lead acquisition processes.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; excellent command of lead funnel metrics.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling startup environment.
- Experience in real estate, PropTech, or high-ticket lead generation markets is strongly preferred.
