Technical Project Manager $$$$ Offline

We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background to join our FinTech project.
This role is for someone who understands how complex technical systems work and can bridge business goals with development realities. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the product development process — from idea to release — working closely with development, analytics, and business teams.

Requirements:
 

• Proven experience managing Scrum teams (cross-functional, partially part-time).
• Strong ability to track key delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and team efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Independence in task detailing — able to clarify and specify smaller tasks when needed (to support the BA).
• Technical background — MUST.
• Written English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Preferred: Experience in FinTech or working with API-based products.
