We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Strong Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and support our business development efforts. This role focuses on LinkedIn lead generation for Newsoft Leaders, helping them connect with decision-makers across international markets. You’ll be responsible for researching potential clients, writing personalized messages, and booking intro meetings to help grow our network and open new business opportunities.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team, improve your outreach strategies over time, and be part of a company that values responsibility, ownership, and smart communication. This role is a great opportunity to grow into a strong sales or business development position in the future.

 

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation at a software development company
  • Confident use of LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and similar tools
  • Understanding of how software development companies work and what services they offer
  • Experience working with a CRM system (ClickUp or similar) to manage leads and outreach status
  • Strong research skills, attention to detail, and ability to find relevant prospects
  • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and ownership
  • Ability to write clear, personalized outreach messages
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)

     

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in lead generation for the UK and US markets
  • Experience generating leads in the sports and wellness industry
  • Experience supporting business trips through targeted lead generation for in-person meetings
  • Experience helping prepare a company’s presence at tech conferences and industry events in international markets, especially in the UK and the USA

     

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads using LinkedIn and email outreach
  • Create and manage personalized outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers
  • Book online intro calls and schedule in-person meetings during business trips
  • Identify and reach out to leads ahead of industry events and conferences in target locations
  • Qualify leads and coordinate warm introductions with the Newsoft leadership team
  • Manage and update lead data and status in the CRM (e.g., ClickUp)
  • Stay up to date with modern lead generation tactics and AI-powered tools, continuously testing and applying what works best
