Short-Form Video Editor and Creator (B2B Focus, US Market) Offline

Description

We're looking for a creative, social-first video editor who can both repurpose long-form content and create original short-form videos from scratch — all with a strong sense of what performs well on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

This role is part-time and ideal for someone who understands the US market, knows how to make B2B content engaging, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with our team to create scroll-stopping videos that drive real engagement for B2B brands.

 

Responsibilities

  • Repurpose long-form content (e.g. podcasts, webinars, interviews) into short-form video highlights
  • Ideate and produce original short-form videos from scratch based on B2B topics and trends
  • Write and implement engaging hooks, captions, and calls to action
  • Add subtitles, motion graphics, and brand elements to polish and professionalize content
  • Stay on top of social trends to inform creative decisions
  • Collaborate with our team to align on content goals and review feedback

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience editing short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
  • Strong understanding of what performs well on social media — especially in the US market
  • Ability to take raw footage or a loose idea and turn it into engaging, high-performing content
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Bonus: Experience working with B2B or SaaS brands
  • Proficient in English (B2+ level) for professional communication.
