Head of Delivery Manager

Position Objective 
To ensure effective and timely implementation of Proxima Cloud CRM solutions for clients, including system configuration, team coordination, client communication, and quality control throughout the deployment lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities 
 

  • Project Management 
  • Develop and manage detailed implementation project plans. 
  • Coordinate all stages of CRM deployment β€” from initial briefing to Go-Live. 
  • Monitor project risks, deadlines, scope, and quality. 
  • Client Engagement 
  • Lead pre-project discussions and client workshops. 
  • Conduct onboarding sessions, demos, and training for key users. 
  • Provide Hyper Care support post-implementation. 
  • Team Leadership 
  • Assign and monitor tasks across the implementation team. 
  • Develop and mentor team members, ensuring performance growth. 
  • Maintain internal documentation and knowledge sharing. 
  • CRM Configuration Oversight 
  • Oversee setup of business logic, user roles, reference data, forms, and fields. 
  • Collaborate with Dev and QA teams on custom client requests. 
  • Support the development of user manuals and documentation. 
  • Analytics and Reporting 
  • Track and evaluate KPIs for all implementation projects. 
  • Generate project status reports for leadership. 
  • Contribute to process improvements based on client feedback. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 
 

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM implementation project management (preferably in pharma or FMCG). 
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales force automation, and field force workflows. 
  • Proven team leadership and delegation skills. 
  • Client-facing experience with C-level stakeholders. 
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira/Bitrix, and basic Power BI. 
  • English proficiency: B2 or higher. 

Preferred Qualifications 
 

  • Experience with Proxima Cloud CRM, Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms. 
  • Familiarity with SQL or basic database configuration. 
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and seamless client experience.
