Team Lead/Senior Developer – AI ERP (Cross-Functional Coordination Role) Offline

Project: Agent ERP AI – Modernizing Legacy ERP with Intelligent Agents

About the Project

Agent ERP AI is building a next-generation SaaS platform that brings AI-driven agent automation to legacy ERP systems. Our proof-of-concept lays the foundation for a cloud-native product that bridges on-prem and cloud-based ERP environments.

Your Role

You’ll act as the operational and coordination backbone of the project. Your role is to lead the distributed team, manage priorities and tasks, and ensure the proof-of-concept is delivered on time and to spec.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead a remote team of AI engineers, Azure experts, ERP developers, and frontend developers

• Manage GitHub-based project tracking, priorities, and delivery milestones

• Oversee integration of modern AI infrastructure and ERP integration technologies

• Manage task triage, updates, and clear documentation flow

• Ensure continuity and clarity across planning and implementation

• Collaborate closely with the founder and CTO to unblock decision-making

• Help implement our AI-native development lifecycle, including AI-assisted scoping, testing, and pilot feedback integration

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

• 3+ years' experience leading distributed tech teams or complex technical projects

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Hands-on experience with GitHub project management

• Basic familiarity with Azure services and cloud-native tools

• Ability to track and align complex deliverables across disciplines

Bonus points for

• ERP domain experience (especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC)

• Understanding of AI/ML architectures, LangGraph, and similar

• Experience applying LLMs or LangChain in the dev lifecycle (scaffolding, testing, monitoring, etc.)

• Startup or founder-supporting roles in early-stage teams

• Located in Eastern Europe or Ukraine
