Content Writer - Tech, SaaS (Coupler.io)
Our Coupler.io team is seeking a tech-savvy Content Writer with SaaS experience to create engaging content across a range of topics, from marketing analytics to business processes.
You will primarily focus on creating marketing materials, such as landing pages, blog posts, case studies, marketing email copies, social media posts, and video scripts.
Required skills
- โญ At least 2 years of content creation experience (landing pages, blog posts, technical articles, social media posts, etc.)
- โญ Experience in B2B and SaaS products
- โญ Customer-focused approach to writing
- โญ Experience in crafting marketing copy
- โญ Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- โญ Good understanding of the tech ecosystem
- โญ Understanding of software products
- โญ Analytical skills and logical thinking
- โญ Outstanding writing and research skills
- โญ Advanced understanding of composition and storytelling
- โญ Good communication skills
As a plus
- ๐ Understanding of Google Analytics and its functionalities
- ๐ Hands-on experience with data analytics and data tools
- ๐ Experience in writing content for sales, marketing, or finance topics
Responsibilities
- ๐ธ Crafting high-quality business-oriented content
- ๐ธ Creating marketing copy for feature promotion, including landing pages and social media messages
- ๐ธ Conducting comprehensive research on the topic
- ๐ธ Collaborating with product owners, engineers, and other knowledge holders to create and improve content based on their best practices and use cases
- ๐ธ Making sure that the content supports the key requirements
- ๐ธ Ensure accuracy in software documentation and tutorials
- ๐ธ Digging into new topics, covering different contexts and technical aspects, delivering outstanding content
- ๐ธ Enhancing the overall content marketing strategy and going beyond SEO content
- ๐ธ Contribute to different areas of content creation (website, blog, YouTube, advertising) with your ideas
