Product Manager Offline

Responsibilities:
- Analyze product metrics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze user feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Perform market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Apply customer research techniques to formulate and validate hypotheses.
- Drive the development and implementation of new product features based on business goals and user needs.
- Plan, support execution, and analyse results of experiments on production (e.g. A/B, multivariate testing, etc.).
- Collaborate with the development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
- Initiate (if needed), prioritize and manage project scope changes, coordinate changes with the team and stakeholders, and approve further project timeline changes with Product Management.
- Prepare and deliver product demos and presentations for stakeholders and clients, showcasing new features and improvements.

Requirements:
-  2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of product metrics and experimentation.
- Experience launching and scaling key product initiatives with measurable results.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing A/B tests.
- Solid understanding of core marketing principles.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of client behavior and retention strategies.

Will be a plus:
- Experience in Crypto or iGaming products.
