We are currently looking for a talented Email Marketing Manager who will create strategies and execute high volume campaigns to engage our customer base through email and SMS.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, US market is a must
- Data and analytics orientation;
- Excellent Excel skills;
- Experience with segmentation, customer journey planning and A/B tests via email or SMS;
- Knowledge of email rules is an advantage;
- Ability to manage projects across teams and with competing priorities;
- Willingness to learn and improve, ability to analyze, take feedback, and offer ideas;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; organized and goal-driven;
- Experience with referral and loyalty programs is an advantage;
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS and/or XML is an advantage;
- Experience in the startup and/or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize current email and SMS campaigns;
- Identify and test new email marketing platforms;
- Utilize internal and external customer data platforms to orchestrate campaigns;
- design and implement cross-channel and behavior-based marketing behavior-based to increase Customer Lifetime Value;
- Analyze campaign performance and deliverability;
- Use data and creativity to explore and test new customer segments;
- Identify KPIs and reports needed to continue growing the CRM program;
- Execute campaigns that boost open and click rates through email and SMS;
- Work closely with Director of Marketing Relations;
- Identify opportunities for A/B tests in segmentation, creative and messaging to constantly look for ways to drive improvements in KPIs;
- Review the competitive landscape and implement best practices for CRM marketing. Specific tasks may change as the needs of the business progress.
