What You’ll Do
As our HR/Recruiter, you'll play a key role in supporting our fast-growing team, with a special focus on sales and account manager roles. Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
• Onboarding new team members, particularly for sales and account management positions
• Helping build and optimize our hiring and onboarding processes
• Maintaining candidate pipelines and databases
• Collaborating closely with the management team to define hiring needs

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or HR
• Experience onboarding sales or client-facing roles is a strong plus
• Background in sales or sales recruitment is a big advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
