Key Responsibilities:

• Handle basic CRM configurations and manage user access.
• Support the team in optimizing workflows and automating processes.
• Document CRM processes and configurations accurately.
• Stay updated with CRM best practices and industry trends to improve operations.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data handling and analysis.
• Pre-Intermediate or higher level of English (written).

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Experience with customer journey mapping.
