AI Developer / AI Engineer
Ми шукаємо на проект AI Developer (middle level, 3-5 years).
Основні вимоги:
- 3+ Years of experience developing RL agent solutions
- Or 2+ Years of experience developing solutions with LLMs & RAG.
- 3+ Years of Software Development experience with proficiency in:
- Python:
- Numpy
- Torch or other gradient tracking tensor math library
Другорядні вимоги:
- 2+ Years of IoT and Timeseries data manipulation.
- 2+ Years of AWS cloud and/or Docker.
- 2+ Years using MLOps.
- Experience using AI for industrial process control.
Working Knowledge of Test-Driven Development.
Підсумок по необхідним технологіям: Reinforcement learning (RL), LLMs & RAG, Python, Postgres, Numpy, PyTorch, IoT and Timeseries data manipulation, AWS, Docker, MLOps.
Важливо!: Excellent communication in English. (B1, Intermediate англійська не ок). Strong initiative, problem-solving mindset. Not just ticket takers – expected to be proactive and collaborative.
Обов’язки:
- Developing AI systems and tools for use in the client’s software offerings.
- Researching and designing new solutions to AI/ML/DS problems as needed.
- Educating and knowledge sharing AI research with a cross-functional team consisting of software development, engineering, and business domain experts.
- Learning Domain knowledge as necessary and working with SMEs to develop high-quality problem definitions.
- Owning the AI development lifecycle, inclusive of preparing data for use in AI systems, exploratory data analysis, model development, model deployment and implementation, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Collaboration with a globally distributed team that is remote and spread across various time zones.
Про клієнта та проект: Product company from USA. They offer AI-driven digital solutions for water treatment. Tech stack: Python (100%), Postgres, AWS, RL, LLMs, RAG, IoT, Time Series. Ongoing project with long-term expansion in Europe.
Залученість: Full-time, remote, contract cooperation. Overlap with 10–11 AM EST scrum required (equals 5–6 PM Ukraine time). Flexibility is expected for occasional meetings with Singapore and India.
