Senior/Lead Product Designer to $6500 Offline

Who we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to become a key member of our team and develop complex, large-scale systems. This role requires a combination of engineering mindset, creativity, and a deep understanding of user and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in discovery phases:

• Analyze customer needs and user workflows.
• Validate proposed solutions through user research.
• Quickly create sketches, concepts, and prototypes to visualize ideas and approaches.

Designing Complex Systems:

• Work on products where structure and interdependencies are critical.
• Design intricate schemes where functionality and engineering logic take priority.

Aesthetics and Visual Design:

• Create visually appealing and aesthetically polished designs (color, typography, composition).
• Be prepared to help the marketing team communicate your solution to users through promotional visuals.

Team Collaboration:

• Work effectively within a cross-functional team, including developers, product managers, researchers, product analytics and stakeholders.

Component-Based and Consistent Design Approach:

• Use components and design systems to ensure a unified visual style across the product.
• Develop solutions that align with the overall product ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Experience designing complex products and systems.
• Ability to balance an engineering approach with aesthetic quality.
• Skills in rapid visualization of ideas.
• Experience working with and testing hypotheses.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse roles within a team.
• Proficiency with modern design tools and design systems.
