Looking for a UI/UX Designer (project-based) Offline

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to support a healthcare-focused project where clinicians interact with AI-generated documentation and dashboards.
 

Requirements:

– Strong UX foundation, ideally with complex workflows (clinical is a plus)
– Proficiency in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, reusable components)
– Experience designing tables, charts, and data visualizations
– Solid grasp of accessibility (WCAG) and cognitive load reduction
– Comfortable working with developers in agile sprints
– Empathy for end users (clinicians, doctors)
 

Nice-to-have:

– Experience with EHR or hospital interfaces
– Usability testing with clinicians or medical staff
– Familiarity with PHI, HIPAA, or similar compliance principles
 

Key tasks:

– UX flows for reviewing AI-generated clinical content
– Designing dashboards, patient viewers, workflow editors
– Creating a clean, accessible visual language
– Providing detailed specs and Figma assets to developers
– Iterating fast based on user feedback
 

Rates: open depending on experience and fit.
