Data Automation and Integration Specialist

We are looking for a sharp, highly skilled Data Automation & Integration Specialist to join our growing team. If you live and breathe data, build no-code and API-based automations in your sleep, and know how to make systems talk—this role is for you.

This is a strategic position where you’ll shape the backbone of our operational efficiency, using tools like Make (Integromat), Airtable, OpenAI, and various API integrations to reduce manual tasks, optimize workflows, and drive smarter decision-making through data.
 

You’re the right fit if you have:

• Expertise in no-code automation tools like Make (Integromat), Zapier, and Airtable Automations
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI’s APIs, GPT models, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST, Webhooks, JSON) and how to connect services across platforms
• Proficiency in data analysis and structuring — you can clean, organize, and interpret complex data
• Ability to reverse-engineer processes and automate repetitive or manual tasks
• Comfort working in fast-paced, product-driven environments
• Knowledge of Google Sheets scripting, Webflow, or similar tools
• Experience with tracking systems would be plus
• Strong communication skills in English
   

What Will You Do:

• Design, daily maintain and build automation workflows using Make, Airtable, and AI tools to streamline operations
• Set up and manage API integrations across platforms (internal systems, CRM, AI tools, external data sources)
• Analyze workflows and data logs to find bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
• Integrate OpenAI (ChatGPT, DALL·E, etc.) into company processes to generate content, analyze inputs, or power internal tools
• Improve existing systems by auditing automations and suggesting faster, leaner, smarter workflows
• Collaborate with C Level, data analytics and tech teams to understand data needs and propose scalable solutions
• Monitor automations and dashboards to ensure data accuracy, error handling, and performance
• Serve as the internal integration lead—making complex tools accessible and useful to non-technical team members
