Lead Generation Specialist
Bits Orchestra is looking for a proactive SDR to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving B2B outbound lead generation, managing prospecting activities, and supporting our sales pipeline from initial outreach to qualified meetings. 🕵♀️What You Need for This Role:
Experience & Background
• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, business development, or sales in the USA, UK, or European markets.
Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in lead research, qualification, and outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, or similar tools.
• Ability to run discovery meetings and craft personalized, engaging outreach messages.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to track, analyze, and report on lead gen performance.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.), lead scoring, segmentation, and automation.
Industry Knowledge
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, IT outsourcing models, and digital transformation trends.
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
• Upper Intermediate (B2) English level
Responsibilities
• Launch and manage outbound LinkedIn and email campaigns.
• Identify, research, and qualify new leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and (optionally) Upwork.
• Book meetings for the CEO and support follow-up activities post-meeting.
• Manage and maintain CRM data: segmentation, pipeline updates, and opportunity tracking.
• Assist in preparing proposals, commercial offers, and supporting the closing process.
• Continuously research relevant companies and industries to ensure informed communication.
• Track outreach performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
It will be a plus
Experience with Upwork and the ability to pitch and convert clients through freelance platform.

Recruitment Process:
1) CV Screening - we’ll review your resume to match key technical and project experience.
2) HR Interview (45m) - a short conversation to learn more about your goals, expectations, and availability.
3) Test Task (30min) - a practical assignment to evaluate your skills and ability to tackle real-world challenges related to the role.
4) Tech Interview (60min) - a technical discussion with our specialist where we’ll dive deeper into your experience, approach to problem-solving, and knowledge relevant to the role.
