Project Coordinator

Our project management team is expanding and we’re actively looking for skilled and amicable individuals to join us. The chosen candidate will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate on one of our current projects and coordinate multiple projects in the future.

We consider candidates from Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv only as there would be your team members. It would be a hybrid/office type of work.

 

Requirements:

  • The candidate should have a proven track record of leadership in previous roles, ideally as a manager or supervisor in other domains or industries. Look for candidates who have demonstrated the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Experience in software development is not mandatory
  • The project manager should have a basic understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and principles. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks is particularly important in software development.
  • The candidate should have experience or knowledge in process management, including identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to ensure project success and efficiency.
  • The organizational skills for managing tasks, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • The candidate should be able to convey ideas, facilitate discussions, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Understanding of people management (1to1, performance management, feedback).
  • Organizing, leading (facilitating) events, and meetings.
  • General usage of Google Suits or MS Office, Jira.
  • English upper-intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written

 

Responsibilities:

  • Customers Management (Organizing communication with customers, gathering feedback from customers about employees (and from employees to customers).
  • Scope Management (Check customers satisfaction and project progress, Workload management).
  • Process Management (Set clear and efficient processes on the project).
  • People Management (Conduct 1on1 meetings, notes about that, employees’ performance reviews and salary reviews, provide regular feedback, manage vacations, day-offs).
  • Team management (Monitor team health and workload, Schedule team ceremonies and events, Organize the process of interviews with customers).
  • Send invoices, monitor budgets and payment due dates, and forecast revenue.
