Business -Marketing-Data Analyst- Gambling

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our marketing team and support the growth of our affiliate marketing operations. In this role, you will analyze performance data, uncover insights, and help drive strategic decisions to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze affiliate marketing performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and regular/ad-hoc reports using Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to support marketing, affiliate, and product teams with actionable insights
• Collaborate with affiliate managers to evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations
• Detect risks or inefficiencies in affiliate operations and propose data-backed solutions
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluations
• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital or affiliate marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Experience working with large datasets and performance metrics
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Fluent English

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking systems (e.g., Affilka, Scaleo)
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
