Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails, Junior/Middle) Offline

We’re looking for a Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) to join an early-stage startup team. If you’re proactive, flexible, and excited about building something meaningful from scratch — we’d love to hear from you!

 

🔧 Requirements:
 

• 1+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Solid understanding of backend development principles
• Ability to design and build clean, scalable APIs
• Comfortable working independently and suggesting improvements
• Experience working with early-stage teams or founders is a plus
• Interest in startups and agile product development

• Part-time workload (~20 hours/week), ideally around 4 hours per day
