Generative AI Specialist to $3000

We're seeking a hands-on AI-savvy generalist to bridge the gap between business needs and smart, AI-powered solutions. This is not your classic dev or analyst role. You will play a key role in translating business needs into technical solutions, shaping product architecture, and ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and AI experts.

It’s a flexible, cross-functional position where you’ll:

• Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges
• Rapidly prototype solutions using modern AI tools (ChatGPT, LangChain, vector DBs, etc.)
• Design end-to-end software solutions using Generative AI tools, platforms, and models.
• Review and understand code when needed to ensure alignment between design and implementation.
• Evaluate AI technologies and propose how they can be used in real workflows
• Shape early-stage ideas into working demos that bring real value

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience with AI tools 
• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to read and understand code (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and change management.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI mechanisms, tools, and platforms.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
