Marketing Manager for FlexMade
FlexMade is looking for a driven and strategic Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing function. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone ready to build and scale marketing from the ground up — from strategy to execution, processes to people. You'll work closely with C-levels and team leads to make marketing a fully operational and performance-oriented unit inside the company.
This is a foundational role, in which you’ll lead the entire marketing function at FlexMade. We're not looking for a task performer — we’re looking for a strategic operator, a team builder.
Benefits:
- Direct impact on company strategy through participation in key business decisions and shaping growth direction
- Opportunity to build and lead a marketing team aligned with company goals, covering areas from content to lead generation
- Close collaboration with top management, including the CEO, Sales, and Recruitment teams
- Freedom to launch creative marketing initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on data and results
- Remote work format with a flexible schedule, ideally within a European time zone
- Long-term involvement in a stable project focused on sustainable growth rather than short-term objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing, ideally in tech, software, outsourcing, or outstaffing
- Strong knowledge of both Inbound and Outbound marketing principles
- Experience managing full-funnel marketing operations
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing: SEO, SEM, content, social, email
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with performance metrics
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a holistic marketing strategy in alignment with business goals
- Build, lead, and mentor a multi-role team (leadgen, content, SMM, advertising, outreach, recruitment support)
- Own both Inbound (SEO, site content, automation) and Outbound (campaigns, outreach, direct marketing) channels
- Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, events, and feature releases
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Recruiting teams to support business and hiring pipelines
- Ensure clear and consistent brand voice across channels and assets
- Manage budget, tools, contractors, and internal processes
- Set up marketing analytics and reporting: funnels, CPL, CAC, ROI, LTV, etc.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaign performance
- Provide regular insights and data-based recommendations to leadership
