Middle Project Manager (B2B SaaS Product) Offline

About the Product:

We’re building the next-gen project & product management platform — an advanced alternative to Jira / ClickUp / Monday.com, designed for complex workflows and multi-team collaboration.

The tool supports:
✔ Epics, Tasks, Sprints, and Dependencies
✔ Custom Dashboards, Gantt-style Timelines, Team Workload
✔ Multi-team & multi-project coordination (internal + outsourced)
✔ Critical Path and buffer-based planning (similar to Critical Chain)

You’ll work directly with our COO and Architect and play a key role in driving delivery and cross-team alignment.

Your Role:

• Own and manage Epics (high-level deliverables) across teams and streams
• Facilitate sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with the business side to translate goals into actionable task breakdowns with priorities and estimates — together with the team or BA
• Monitor delivery using Gantt charts, Timelines, and Workload views
• Coordinate designers, developers, and analysts (in-house and outstaff)
• Work with the Architect and Team Leads to manage blockers and dependencies
• Prepare and run demos, status updates, and internal reviews
• Gradually grow your area of ownership with support from leadership

Requirements:

Experience:

• 2+ years in a Project Manager role in IT (SaaS/Product or outsourcing)
• Agile delivery experience: team coordination, tracking, retrospectives
• Proficiency with Jira / ClickUp / Monday.com (admin experience is a plus)

Tools:

• Confident using task boards, dashboards, timelines, burndown charts
• Familiarity with Gantt-style views, workload tracking
• Comfortable with Notion, Confluence, Slack/Teams, Google Workspace

Methodologies:

• Understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban (or hybrid setups)
• Experience with task breakdowns, epic planning, managing dependencies
• Familiarity with Critical Path or buffer-based planning (a plus, not required)

Communication:

• English B1+
• Strong facilitation and reporting skills
• Confident leading calls, demos, retrospectives, and team syncs

Nice to Have:

• Background in B2B or Enterprise SaaS
• Worked on tools similar to Jira / Linear / Asana
• Tech-savvy or experienced collaborating closely with devs/designers/QA
• Experience in UX-driven project flows or customer research
