    About the Company

    We are QPM, a SaaS platform designed for game development and software companies. Our product helps teams track timeline changes, optimize workflows, and integrate seamlessly with existing tools. We are growing rapidly and looking for a Senior Sales Manager to help us attract and close key clients.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage with mid-to-large gaming and software development companies (outbound sales).
    • Target key decision-makers (producers, project/delivery managers) and build strong relationships.
    • Conduct product demos, identify client needs, and position the solution effectively.
    • Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing the deal.
    • Maintain and optimize the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive) and track sales performance.
    • Develop and test outbound outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, cold calls).
    • Gather client feedback and provide insights to the product team.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation.
    • Meet and exceed KPIs for demos, closed deals, and MRR growth.

     

     

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (preferably in a similar industry).
    • Proven track record in outbound sales: LinkedIn prospecting, cold emails, calls.
    • Deep understanding of the gaming or IT industry (roles, team structures, industry pain points).
    • Experience working with decision-makers (producers, PMs, CTOs, Delivery Managers, Operations).
    • Successful history of closing deals of $5K+ MRR, understanding of long sales cycles.
    • Strong negotiation skills, ability to sell value rather than just features.
    • Experience working with CRM and sales analytics tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
    • Fluent English (C1+) for working with US and European clients.
    • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

     

     

    Nice to Have

    • Experience working with gaming companies or IT startups.
    • Knowledge of additional languages (German, French, Spanish).
    • Proficiency in tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, Reply.io.
    • Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and multichannel sales strategies.
