IT Sales Manager (90% inbound)
Rondesignlab is growing and looking for a skilled Sales Manager with strategic thinking to level up sales for the company, where the marketing department will help you do so (leads: 90% inbound and only 10% outbound).
Requirements:
- Successful prior experience in IT Sales
- Fluency in English — both written and spoken, B2+
- Knowledge of Sales Navigator LinkedIn, Gsuite, Notion, Zoho
- The ability to identify client’s needs and transform them into tasks
- Proficient in concise and impactful presentations
- Familiarity with EU and US markets
Ukrainian: C1 level
Nice to Have Experience:
- Understanding the principles of web design development
- Knowledge of Figma / Sketch for presentations

- Positive team player – good relationships are essential
- Proactive, purposeful, initiative
- Emotional intelligence and empathy towards clients
- Self-organized, reliable and results-oriented
- Skilled negotiator – you enjoy sales
Responsibilities:
- Run successful pre-sales, sales, and upselling activities
- Market analysis and constant exploration of new sales opportunities
- Maintain/develop relationships with clients and company partners
- Realistic monthly KPI: 20 Presentations; 10 invoices sent; 3-5 invoices paid
- Conduct negotiations and presentations
- Prepare necessary docs
- Identify client needs
- CRM management
- Handle objections
The Offer:
- Base salary + Commission: 5%
- Realistic monthly KPI: 3-5 invoices paid
- The Volume of 1 project: $50K+
