Retention Manager
Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry, actively seeking a Retention Manager to join the team.
π Key responsibilities and your contribution:
β’ Development and implementation of customer retention strategies aimed at improving key performance metrics.
β’ Design and execution of automated customer interaction workflows, including segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis.
β’ End-to-end ownership of campaign execution: briefing creative tasks, setting up, launching, and analyzing results.
β’ Project and campaign management within the retention and marketing automation domains.
β’ Use of analytical tools to identify growth opportunities.
β’ Assessment of the impact of retention campaigns on overall project performance.
β’ Evaluation of system load and prevention of technical issues.
β’ Management of key performance indicators (KPIs).
β’ Development of comprehensive retention plans, including automation and multi-touch communication chains.
β’ Collaboration with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
π Your qualifications:
β’ 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming niche (weβre open to less if youβre a strong specialist πͺ).
β’ Advanced experience working with CRM systems (ours is custom-built).
β’ Deep understanding of the technical aspects of marketing and automated campaigns.
β’ Hands-on experience with advertising platforms, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
β’ Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and personalized communication strategies.
β’ Proficiency with analytical tools such as BI platforms, SQL, Excel, etc.
β’ Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and draw data-driven conclusions.
β’ Skilled in identifying and impacting key performance metrics.
β’ Experience building and analyzing retention funnels.
β’ In-depth product knowledge sufficient to apply its features in user interaction scenarios.
β’ Strong communication skills across all levels β with colleagues, external teams, and leadership.
β’ Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
