Payments and Agents Manager (IGaming)

We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the positions Payments & Agents Manager.

What you need to do:
1. Integration and testing of payment / agency methods:
- Analysis and selection of the most promising payment / agency methods (in terms of conditions, stability of work, popularity among users).
- Maintaining the process of integration / customisation of payment / agency methods (submission of settings to the platform, testing, output of methods in production).
2. Control over the development of agency methods:
- Ensuring correct functioning of agent / payment methods, including their timely activation / deactivation.
- Tracking successful transactions (deposits/withdrawals), analysing failures and deviations.
3) Monitoring of method switching:
- Monitoring the correctness of switches between different payment / agent methods (including within the same PSP/agent).
4. Control of agents on settlements and balances:
- Exercising control over agents' fulfilment of their settlement obligations (withdrawals, receipts of funds).
- Tracking agents' financial performance (balances, balances, reserves) to minimize risks of arrears and failures.
- Interacting with agents to replenish balances, settle debts and negotiate terms.
4. Daily monitoring and reporting:
- Reporting on agent performance, transaction statuses and deviations.
- Identifying and capturing ford or suspicious activity.
5. Interaction with other departments:
- Works in liaison with finance department and platform tech support, internal support team to ensure smooth operation of payment infrastructure.
What hard skills do you need to have:
- Experience in payments and/or agency networks in the betting or gambling industry, 2 years or more.
- Knowledge of agency methods: understanding of the specifics of working with agents and partners in the payment industry, including calculating commissions, maintaining agency agreements and supporting payment schemes.
- Deep understanding of payment infrastructure: knowledge of the principles of international and local payment systems (Visa, Mastercard, SEPA, etc.).
- Experience in integrating payment providers via API: confident working with documentation, testing, logs and interaction with providers' technical support.
- Skills in analytics of payment operations: ability to work with reports, analyse transactions, process refunds, chargebacks.
- English level B1 or higher.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to be responsive, i.e. be on call after hours and on weekends to promptly resolve emergency situations related to payment processes and agency practices.
