ABM Marketing Manager
About the Role
GroupBWT is opening a strategic ABM Marketing Manager position to strengthen our enterprise engagement and accelerate lead generation efforts through highly targeted, hypothesis-driven campaigns.
This is not a generic marketing role. We are looking for a hands-on professional with a deep understanding of the Account-Based Marketing framework and proven success working with enterprise clients in the IT outsourcing or custom development domain. Your main objective will be to bring our value propositions directly to key decision-makers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) — leveraging research, insights, and personalized outreach. You won’t need to invent the product hypotheses — our executive and delivery teams will provide clear strategic direction. Your role will be to operationalize it and ensure it reaches the right people in the right companies at the right time.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution — ideal for a driven professional who thrives on precision, business logic, and measurable outcomes.
About the Company
GroupBWT is a consulting firm specializing in web data extraction, large-scale scraping, and the development of custom data platforms. We partner with enterprise clients and data-driven companies to solve complex technical challenges involving massive datasets, anti-bot systems, ERP integration, and custom solution engineering. With over 15 years of experience, we are trusted by some of the most demanding clients globally.
Our focus: building tailored solutions for businesses that can't settle for off-the-shelf software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting enterprise companies within our defined ICP segments
- Translate business hypotheses and strategic directions into actionable ABM tactics across platforms (LinkedIn, email, custom content, intent data platforms, etc.)
- Research and map organizational structures of key accounts to identify and prioritize the right stakeholders (decision-makers, influencers, budget holders)
- Build and maintain customized journeys and outreach campaigns aligned with the current GTM strategy and evolving hypotheses
- Collaborate closely with Sales, CEO, and delivery teams to ensure message-market fit and seamless handover of engaged prospects
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns using KPIs such as engagement rates, pipeline velocity, and account penetration
- Leverage ABM platforms and AI-driven tools to enhance targeting precision and scale outreach
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in enterprise ABM and growth marketing
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the IT outsourcing or custom software development industry
- 2+ years of hands-on experience running full-cycle ABM campaigns (from account selection to engagement tracking and MQL handover)
- Demonstrated success in engaging and converting enterprise accounts through multichannel, personalized outreach
- Experience aligning ABM campaigns with ICP and strategic hypotheses developed by executive teams
- Strong analytical skills — ability to interpret campaign data and adapt strategy accordingly
- High attention to detail, structured mindset, and ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal English (C1+)
Familiarity with modern ABM/MarTech stack (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Experience in data scraping, data platforms, or data-intensive solution companies
- Experience collaborating with Sales on high-value, long-cycle deals
- Familiarity with programmatic outreach strategies or AI-driven marketing tools
