About the Role

We're seeking a recruiter to join our team and help build our tech talent pipeline. This role focuses on identifying and recruiting junior full-stack developers while managing relationships with employers and candidates throughout the hiring process.

 

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify promising junior full-stack developer candidates

Establish and maintain relationships with employers and HR professionals

Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to successful placement

Organize and facilitate technical interviews

Support candidates throughout their job search and placement process

 

Requirements

Individual Entrepreneur (ФОП)

Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in tech recruitment or similar role

Experience in a digital marketing area

Strong understanding of the tech industry, particularly in full-stack, frontend, backend development

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience working with technical roles (frontend, backend, full-stack developers)

Proven track record of successful candidate placements

Proficiency in using Slack and other modern communication tools

Strong network within the tech community is a plus
