Engineering Manager with Go

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team!
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience as Engineering manager.
- Proficient with Golang.
- Strongly skilled with AWS, k8s, microservices, SQL like DBs,
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and supporting software development as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead.
- Proven track record of implementing CI/CD, conducting code reviews, driving architectural decisions, managing technical debt, and improving delivery processes.
- Experience in building engineering teams, conducting performance reviews, creating career development plans, and fostering team culture.
- Strong collaboration skills with product and design teams, including task prioritization and stakeholder expectation management.

Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for the technical vision, architectural decisions, engineering quality, and delivery performance of the teams.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of solutions. Provide hands-on support with design reviews, technical decision-making, setting coding standards, and improving development workflows.
- Work with architects and TLs to define scalable and maintainable system designs.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and design principle; review code quality.
- Balance technical debt, innovation, and delivery speed; foster engineering best practices and support teams in overcoming technical challenges.
- Ensure teams follow best practices in software development, DevOps, and testing.
- Oversee system reliability, scalability, and incident management. Optimize cost efficiency while maintaining performance and innovation.
- Provide strong technical leadership by guiding sprint planning, feature breakdown, backlog prioritization, clarifying requirements and architectural alignment across teams, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions.
- Facilitate efficient cross-functional collaboration by optimizing team processes, managing dependencies and integrations, communicating technical progress and challenges to stakeholders.
- Build and grow high-performing engineering teams through recruitment, continuous mentorship, transparent performance management, a strong culture of feedback and professional development across teams.
