About the project:
Our client operates a comprehensive stock photo bank with over 300 million images contributed by diverse photographers. The business model centers on licensing these images to corporate clients, granting them defined usage rights through fixed-fee agreements. DataOX team is responsible for copyright protection and handling legacy support cases.

Qualifications:
— Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT project management (outsourcing companies)
— Proven track record of managing long-term B2B client relationships across multiple concurrent initiatives
— Demonstrated ability to lead remote and distributed teams while maintaining effective client engagement
— Strong skills in managing project scope, prioritization, deadlines, and team dynamics under uncertainty

Primary Responsibilities:

Project Management:
— Coordinate multiple development streams within a single B2B client engagement
— Apply methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and Waterfall (with emphasis on Waterfall and Kanban)
— Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or Trello
— Elicit, analyze, and document client requirements with clarity and precision

Team Leadership:
— Lead teams comprising 5 to 10 members
— Foster motivation and effective collaboration within remote teams

Communication:
— Proficient English communication skills (B2—C1 level), both written and spoken
— Skilled in negotiation and expectation management with clients

Technical Competence:
— Basic understanding of backend, frontend technologies, APIs, and databases
— Ability to write basic SQL queries
— Familiarity with SDLC

Product Coordination and Client Interaction:
— Collaborate with clients on roadmap development and maintenance
— Participate in ideation and solution design sessions
— Translate client requirements into structured and actionable documentation
— Support the preparation of documentation, dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
