Technical Delivery Manager Offline

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with deep understanding of management principles, bright organization and analytical abilities. You'll be leading a team of skilled and mature developers in close cooperation with our US-based client in the consulting and financial domain.  Our business unit at Trinetix works with a leading Fortune 500 professional services company to deliver innovative software solutions that enhance workplace management, streamline business operations, strengthen security, and support data-driven decision-making. Our teams consist of: Technical Delivery Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Application Architect, Developers (dedicated FE and BE), QA Engineers and Designers (up to 15 people per team).

 

Requirements:
 

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in the IT field;
    Project management and quality control modern approaches implementation;
  • Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle;
  • Researching and evaluating hardware and software technology options for each project;
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture;
  • Experience in ETL and Big Data projects;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Agile and Scrum practices, and previous experience of US outsource projects are welcomed.
     


Nice-to-haves:

 

  • Developer/Architect experience;
  • Experience of work with enterprise level companies.

  • Responsible for successful project delivery;
  • Set-up and tailor delivery process;
  • Help to define project scope, goals and deliverables;
  • Planning project resources;
  • Assembling and leading project team;
  • Motivate team members and create comfort and friendly atmosphere;
  • Create schedule and project timeline;
  • Project estimation, time and scope management;
  • Risk management;
  • Implement and manage change when necessary;
  • Ensure constant process improvement;
  • Track deliverables;
  • Monitor and report on project status;
  • Resolve project issues;
  • Ensure project and product quality as well as customer satisfaction;
  • Interact with Lead Delivery Manager.
