We are looking for a skilled QA Lead

 

You’ll be working on the international projects for a US company - provider of audit, consulting and financial advisory. 

  

Our team consists of members (.NET, Front-End, QAs) that work cooperatively in a professional environment that encourages proactivity, positive attitude and collaboration. We provide mentoring to support professional development along with an opportunity to work independently and contribute new ideas. 

 

As a QA Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software product.  

 

Requirements: 

  • 5 years of experience in QA; 
  • 2 years of leadership experience; 
  • Firm understanding of QA theory, QA processes, methodologies, standards, and practices; 
  • Experience in test document creation and maintenance (test plans, test cases, check-lists, test reports); 
  • Experience in estimating test activities; 
  • Understanding of client-server architecture; 
  • Experience with API testing; 
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, proactive and self-driven approach to work; 
  • Upper-Intermediate level of spoken English; 
  • Understanding of Agile methodology. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading QA Team; 
  • Perform manual testing; 
  • Requirements review; 
  • Develop and maintain test documentation to ensure adequate test coverage; 
  • Report and track discovered defects and discrepancies; 
  • Regularly communicate QA status to the team; 
  • Production bugs support; 
  • Drive improvements to optimize the test process.
