🚀 AI Engineer (Agents) — 3-Month MVP Project | Remote

We are hiring for a 3-month, high-impact MVP project with one of my innovative clients in the AI space. They're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to build and deploy advanced AI agent workflows using LangChain, LangFlow, and modern LLMs.

You’ll work closely with internal Data Engineers to design and launch scalable, production-ready solutions.

About the Client:
This project is for a global professional services company that delivers Swiss-quality solutions across Marketing, Recruitment, Technology, and Business Transformation. They combine operational excellence with the latest GenAI tools and a strong international delivery network.

What You’ll Work On:

• Architect agent workflows using LangChain/LangFlow
• Implement MCP and A2A systems for agent orchestration
• Select and optimize LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, etc.)
• Deploy agents via Docker/Kubernetes with performance monitoring

• Collaborate with data and software teams to bring the MVP to life

   

Who You Are:

• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering roles
• Proven hands-on experience with LangChain & LangFlow
• Skilled in LLM deployment, RAG pipelines, and containerization
• Strong communicator and independent contributor
• Technical-related degree
