Senior Business Analyst Offline

Required skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• C1-level English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to create and maintain documentation, including solution requirements, backlog items (user stories, acceptance criteria), and use cases.
• Experience with business process modeling using BPMN, ERD, state diagrams, and scope modeling techniques.
• Background in pre-sales and discovery activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including management.
• Strong problem-solving skills to support both the team and client.

• Adaptability and willingness to adjust to changing client and team needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Provide implementation options, generate ideas and extend business value by identifying opportunities to improve the platform and development processes.
• Define problem statements, key assumptions, and solution constraints to guide development.
• Participate in the pre-sales phase by analyzing client needs, defining high-level requirements, and contributing to solution proposals.
• Support the preparation of project estimates, scope definitions, and business cases during pre-sales activities.
• Support in project scope control, maintain the backlog, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Lead and facilitate team meeting, including story time, refinement, planning, and demos.
• Create artifacts, maintain documentation, including project Wiki and requirement specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, development team, client, and other stakeholders.
