We’re looking for a Yelp & Thumbtack Lead Generator to help us attract qualified leads via Yelp and Thumbtack, two of the most powerful platforms in our industry.

Role Overview

As a Yelp & Thumbtack Lead Generator, you will be responsible for managing 7-10 regional business accounts (Canada & USA), initiating conversations with potential customers, nurturing those leads until a phone number or service request is obtained, and ensuring our profiles stay optimized and competitive. Your efforts will directly impact our sales pipeline across the U.S. and Canadian markets.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a goal-driven mindset and strong communication skills. You’re comfortable working independently in a digital environment and ready to take ownership of the lead generation process. Here’s what we expect:

β€” Intermediate (B1) or higher level of English β€” confident written communication in American tone and style.
β€” Previous experience working with Yelp or Thumbtack is a plus.
β€” Strong organizational skills β€” ability to manage and structure data effectively.
β€” Understanding of how to grow and optimize business profiles on digital platforms.
β€” Reliable, self-motivated, and disciplined.

β€” Available to work from 10am to 6pm Los Angeles time

What You’ll Be Doing

β€” Search and identify new customer leads within target service categories.
β€” Communicate with potential leads on behalf of the company through platform messaging.
β€” Nurture leads until a valid phone number or service request is obtained.
β€” Organize and track lead data using provided templates and workflows.
β€” Manage and enhance 7-10 business profiles across Yelp and Thumbtack (Canada & USA).
β€” Respond to inquiries and ensure clear, professional messaging.
β€” Coordinate with internal teams to pass along qualified leads.
β€” Stay updated on platform best practices and algorithm updates.

Goals & KPIs

β€” Generate a minimum of 100 new leads per day.
β€” Achieve a 20%+ conversion rate (into phone contacts or service requests).
