Project/Product manager

At CoreWillSoft, we don’t just create software for security devices — we help bring modern physical security solutions and integrations to life. And now we're looking for a Project/Product Manager (~70-80% of responsibilities are related to project management).

Location: 

  • Remote 
  • On-site in Bonn (required for all candidates who are located in Germany)

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, maintain, and execute project plans in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. 
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products. 
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the development team, collecting, synthesizing, and translating customer feedback into actionable project tasks. 
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to optimize product offerings. 
  • Organize the effective delivery with strict quality standards and security requirements. 
  • Communicate project progress, strategies, and plans to external & internal stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, including engineering, sales, marketing, and support, to deliver successful projects. 
  • Identify potential risks and issues within the project and propose mitigation strategies.

Your skills: 

  • Proven experience in IT project management and coordinating Agile teams (at least 3 years).
  • Solid experience in product development. 
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch. 
  • Ability to analyze project requirements, identify dependencies and potential risks, and develop strategies to achieve project goals within specified timelines. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Advanced Business English language knowledge 
  • Experience with project development methodologies. (Agile, SCRUM / Kanban) 
  • Skilled in coordinating project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 
  • Good analytical skills, oriented on continuous process improvement. 
  • Responsibility for customer/partner relationship growth.  
  • Strong people management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with IoT products in building automation and physical access control 
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Understanding of general security concepts 
  • German language skills.
