Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with large language models or in related AI/NLP roles
• Deep understanding of how transformer-based models, behave and respond to different prompt structures
• Experience with prompt engineering techniques
• Ability to evaluate LLM output quality and design benchmarking strategies
• Basic Python skills for working with APIs and automating prompt testing
• Upper-intermediate English or higher

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize prompts for various LLM-driven applications and workflows
• Test, evaluate, and iterate on prompts to improve performance and reduce hallucinations or errors
• Collaborate with AI/ML and product teams to translate business needs into effective prompt strategies
• Build prompt libraries and documentation for internal use
• Contribute to the development of prompt testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines
• Stay up to date with advancements in LLM capabilities, techniques, and tools
