Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science roles
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries
- Solid understanding of statistics, data preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML infrastructure tools
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools is a big plus
- Upper-intermediate English level or higher
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models to solve real-world problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for machine learning solutions
- Work with large datasets to build scalable pipelines for training and inference
- Monitor model performance and retrain when necessary
- Implement best practices for reproducibility, model versioning, and automated workflows
- Contribute to research and prototyping of new algorithms and techniques
- Document your work and present results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
